Terms of Service

These terms are a contract between you and Intro Jobs FZE LLC ("intro.jobs", "we") for the use of the intro.jobs website and mobile apps. By creating an account you accept them. If you use intro.jobs for a company, you also accept them on that company's behalf.
1. What intro.jobs is
intro.jobs connects candidates with employers hiring for communication-heavy roles. Candidates create a profile and a video intro and apply to jobs. Employers post jobs, review applications and intros, and contact candidates. intro.jobs is a platform, not an employer, recruiter or employment agency, and is not a party to any employment relationship.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.
Give accurate information and keep it current. One account per person. Keep your sign-in codes private; you are responsible for activity on your account.
Employer accounts must be verified before they can view candidate intros. We may ask for company registration documents and may refuse or revoke verification.
3. Your content
You own your video intro, CV, profile text, messages and job postings. You grant intro.jobs a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, process, transcode, display and deliver that content to the people you address it to, for as long as it stays on the platform and as needed to keep records of completed applications.
You confirm that your content is truthful, yours to share, and does not violate anyone else’s rights or the law.
Employers may use a candidate’s intro and profile only to evaluate that candidate for a role, and may not download, copy, publish or share them outside their hiring process.
4. Rules of conduct
No harassment, discrimination, hate speech, threats, sexual content or requests for sensitive personal information that a role does not require.
No fake jobs, fake profiles, misleading claims, fee-charging or pay-to-apply schemes, or offers that require candidates to pay money.
No scraping, automated access, reverse engineering, or attempts to bypass security or usage limits.
Messaging on intro.jobs is started by employers; candidates reply within a thread. Keep conversations about the role.
We may remove content, suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules, and may report unlawful activity to the authorities.
5. How matching works
We rank jobs and applications using the factual requirements a role lists, such as location, work authorisation, languages, availability and experience. We do not rate people on personality, appearance, voice or similar traits, and our tools never make a hiring decision. Employers decide whom to interview and hire.
6. intro.jobs Plus
intro.jobs is free for candidates. Plus is an optional subscription that adds employer discovery of your profile, a library of more than one intro, and other features listed on the Plus page at the time you subscribe.
Prices are shown in your local currency where supported (for example AED 29 per month or AED 290 per year) and otherwise in US dollars. Prices include applicable taxes unless stated at checkout.
Billing is handled by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Cancel any time from Settings → Plan; you keep Plus until the end of the paid period, and we do not refund partial periods except where the law requires.
When Plus ends, extra intros in your library are archived and applications that depended on Plus are withdrawn. Your account, profile and completed history stay.
Where you subscribed through Apple or Google in-app billing, their terms and refund rules apply to that purchase.
7. Employer services
Posting jobs, reviewing applications and messaging candidates are free for verified employers during the launch period. If paid employer features are introduced we will publish their terms and prices before you can buy them.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep intro.jobs available but do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change, suspend or end features, and will give reasonable notice for changes that materially reduce what you paid for.
9. Liability
intro.jobs is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that you will find a job or a candidate, that any job posting or profile is accurate, or that an employer or candidate will act in good faith.
To the extent the law allows, intro.jobs is not liable for indirect, consequential or lost-profit damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or AED 500 if you paid nothing.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
10. Ending the agreement
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the law, or that stay inactive for more than 24 months after notice. Sections 3, 9, 11 and 12 survive termination.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are resolved by the competent courts of the UAE, without prejudice to consumer protections you have in your country of residence.
12. General
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version and we notify you in the app for material changes. If a part of these terms is unenforceable the rest still applies. Questions: support@intro.jobs.
